The 10th Annual PANorama Caribbean Music Fest is the only place where you can enjoy great Caribbean music and food while basking in the fresh ocean breezes of the breath-taking Virginia Beach Oceanfront. This year’s headliner performances by Étienne Charles & Kaiso will feature classic calypso songs by some of the music’s most renowned and popular performers. Tom Miller, Maureen Clement and Dr. Lennard Moses will present sectional workshops concurrently, followed by an engine room demonstration and mass steel band performance.

Show the audience and adjudicators what you can do! The Steel Band PANorama Competition will feature steel bands from across North America. Approximately 25 bands will perform in four categories for ratings and awards.
